Contractor Guy Nix completed this attractive rooftop deck project in New Mexico just before Christmas. His main concern, at time of ordering was that the components required would be guaranteed for delivery by a specified date so that the project could be completed to schedule. Part of his order was sent from the UK - dispatched on a Friday afternoon and delivered in New Mexico by 9am on the Monday morning following - that's service! Thanks to Fedex. In fact, our UK parcels arrived 2 days ahead of the goods shipped from our sister company in South Carolina. Hopefully more projects will soon follow.

This customer in New York came to us looking for a better solution after seeing and rejecting the installation work of a local contractor. He cancelled the contract and sent us the picure below showing why he reached that decision. This project is currently in progress during the refurbishment of a traditional building in North Wales. The homeowner has ben using our StrataDome Professional Tile Levelling system for his floor and wall tiles in his kitchen and bathroom. With older properties getting ceramic tiles nicely aligned and level can be a considerable challenge, enough to put off many DIY enthusiasts. In this case our customer, an electrician by trade, seems to be getting some great results. Customer comment: "They looked like the best leveling kit on the market happy I went with them and you appear to be the only retailer … I'll send you a pic over when bathroom installed mate once tiled ill grout up clean up and install bath. Done my floor with em too mate brilliant bit of kit. I'm a rough arsed electrician If I can do it anybody can." We are hoping to get some more pictures when the job is completed.
